Welcome to BJJ Study Hall. By creating an account or using our service, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

1. The service

BJJ Study Hall ("we", "us", "our") provides a web-based platform for Brazilian jiu-jitsu schools to manage technique libraries, curriculum, members, and school communications. The service is available at bjjstudyhall.com.

2. Accounts

You must create an account to use BJJ Study Hall. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate information when signing up.

You must be at least 13 years old to use this service. If you are under 18, your parent or guardian must agree to these terms on your behalf.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose
• Upload content that is harmful, offensive, or infringes on the rights of others
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service
• Interfere with or disrupt the service or its infrastructure
• Share your account credentials with others

4. Subscription plans and billing

BJJ Study Hall offers the following plans:

• Free — up to 10 members, no charge
• Starter — up to 50 members, $19/month
• Pro — unlimited members, $39/month

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe. You may cancel at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial months.

We reserve the right to change pricing with at least 30 days' notice to active subscribers.

5. Your content

You own the content you upload to BJJ Study Hall — technique descriptions, videos, curricula, and other materials. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to store and display it for the purpose of providing the service.

You are solely responsible for the content you upload. We do not claim ownership of your content.

6. Data and privacy

Your use of the service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these terms by reference.

7. Service availability

We aim to keep BJJ Study Hall available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, updates, or experience outages. We will not be liable for any loss caused by service downtime.

8. Termination

You may delete your account at any time by contacting us at bjjstudyhall@gmail.com. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

BJJ Study Hall is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the service will be error-free, secure, or meet your specific requirements.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BJJ Study Hall and its owners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify active users of material changes by email. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
